Prior to making a booking, our Banqueting Coordinator would be delighted to show you and your family around the Hotel and to discuss your preferences with you.

Your Wedding Package
The following items are all included in your Wedding Package, with our compliments:-
- Experienced Wedding Coordinator to assist you with pre-wedding consultations
- Complimentary pre tasting of your chosen menu (1 month prior to your wedding date)
- Complimentary use of the Actons Health & Fitness Club for 3 months prior to your Wedding date (transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent)
- Red Carpet Welcome with Champagne Greeting on Arrival for the Bridal Couple
- Complimentary Welcome Drinks Reception on arrival to include Orange Juice, Tea & Coffee plus a choice of Actons Fruit Cocktail or Mulled Wine
- Picturesque Quay-side location and gardens for your Photographs
- Personalised Menus and Table Plan
- Classic white Lily floral arrangement and candles on all tables
- Main Course Carved in the Banqueting Suite by our Head Chef and his Team
- PA System for Speeches and Toasts
- Complimentary Overnight Accommodation for the Bride & Groom on the night of Your Wedding in our luxurious Harbour View Bridal Suite
- Champagne Breakfast served in your room the next morning
- Table d'Hote Dinner in our Captains Table Restaurant
All of the above special effects are included in your menu price based on a minimum of 120 guests
Midweek & Winter Specials
In addition to our complimentary package we are pleased to offer the following for Midweek & Winter Weddings…
- 10% discount on your chosen menu and wines
- No Corkage on wine (normally €12.50)
- No bar extension (normally €480)
- Complimentary Evening Supper for 75 guests (Tea, Coffee and Sandwiches)
- Complimentary Dinner plus overnight accommodation for the Bride & Groom on your 1st Wedding Anniversary
- Valid Sunday - Thursday throughout the year
- Valid any day including weekends from 1st November – 1st March
- Does not apply 27th – 30th December + Bank Holiday Mondays
